Blissful group experience, truely felt indulgent!
I was part of a group and the SPA accommodated us very well. The atmosphere and facilities are excellent, the afternoon tea was delicious too with the bubbles to top it off. Treatments - hands down the best hot stone massage I have ever had (Kim M!). I would definitely come back. My only small niggle that didn't give this a 10/10 was that I had sent advanced details of the bookings as we were being split into 2 groups for the treatment, when I arrived these were not in the order agreed and took a bit of time to resolve.

Lovely Spa Day (but a few niggles!)
I enjoyed my time spent at the Blythswood Square Spa and the staff were a delight, however there were a few moments which detracted from the overall experience. 1) On arrival, there was cigarette buds scattered outside the entrance which doesn't particularly set the luxury experience. Having worked in hospitality myself, it doesn't take much for someone to regularly sweep this away. 2) Reception had mentioned my treatment wasn't paid for on arrival when it was. I then had to dig out my credit card, log onto the account and prove the transaction had been paid to 5pm.com. Considering this was a birthday present for my sister who I had in tow, I wasn't impressed. She ended up finding out the price which I wanted to keep private. 3) The service for afternoon tea was fairly slow - there were only 2 active servers which means you wait about for a fairly long time when theres several people waiting to be served. With the above mentioned, I would still go back. I just believe that as its the Blythswood Spa a certain attention to detail is to be expected. Also, paying the price that you do allows for critical judgements.
